Responsibilities include:  administering the Electronic Timesheet process for weekly paid employees,
including daily time collection from the Access database; processing wage garnishments;
paycheck/direct deposit mailing and distribution; responding to wage inquiries from government and
state agencies; performing payroll projects as needed (W2s, audits); and providing backup support
for filing federal and state returns and remittances.

Bachelor’s degree and 1+ yrs. payroll exp. required (Accounting degree preferred).
Costpoint exp. a plus.  
Must be detail oriented, and be able to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced
environment.  
Position involves daily interaction with regional offices, therefore good communication and customer
service skills are a must.
